水泥强度实验室
水泥强度实验室建筑面积58m2，拥有6台水泥PSK-6000型电动数显抗折试验机、1台JYE-300B型全自动恒应力两用机、1台FBT-5型全自动比表面积测定仪、ZC5型砂浆回弹仪2台等仪器设备。
实验室可开设水泥胶砂抗压强度、抗折强度及水泥比表面积等实验项目，用于检验水泥强度，确定水泥强度等级。
实验室主要面向工程管理、工程造价、房地产经营管理及物业管理等专业的本科学生开放，是学生进行试验、教师进行科学研究的基础平台。
Cement Strength Laboratory
The cement strength laboratory has a floor area of 58 square meters, which is equipped with 6 PSK-6000 electric digital anti-bending testers, 1 JYE-300B automatic constant stress dual function machine, 1 FBT-5 automatic cement specific surface tester, 2 ZC5 mortar resiliometer, etc.
The laboratory mainly offers experimental projects such as the testing of cement mortar compressive strength, cement mortar bending strength, and specific surface of cement. These experiments are used to verify the strength of cement and determine the strength grade of cement.
The laboratory is mainly open to undergraduates majoring in engineering management, engineering cost, real estate management and property management. It is not only the basic platform for students to carry out extracurricular science and technology academic activities, but also the basic platform for teachers to carry out teaching research.
