水泥性能实验室
水泥性能实验室建筑面积108m2，拥有6台JJ-5水泥胶砂搅拌机、2台水泥胶砂振实机、6台NJ-160型水泥净浆搅拌机、2台NLD-3型水泥胶砂流动度测定仪、3台水泥细度负压筛析仪、2台YH-40型标准恒温恒湿养护箱、3台型雷氏沸煮箱、雷氏夹测定仪、ISO新标准法维卡仪等设备。
实验室可开设水泥胶砂强度、水泥细度等实验项目，用于测定水泥的强度、凝结时间等基本性能。
实验室主要面向工程管理与房地产学院工程管理、工程造价、房地产经营与管理等专业的本科生开放，是学生进行试验的场所，也是教师进行科学研究的基础平台
Cement Property Laboratory
The cement property laboratory has a floor area of 108 square meters, which is equipped with 6 JJ-5 cement mortar mixer, 2 cement mortar jolter, 6 NJ-160 cement paste mixer, 2 NLD-3 cement mortar fluidity tester, 3 cement fineness negative pressure sieve analyzer, 2 YH-40 standard constant temperature and humidity curing box, 3 boiling box and clamping apparatus, ISO new standard Vicat apparatus, etc.
The laboratory mainly offers experimental projects such as the testing of cement mortar strength and cement fineness. These experiments are used to determine the strength and setting time of cement.
The laboratory is mainly open to undergraduates majoring in engineering management, engineering cost, real estate management and property management. It is not only the basic platform for students to carry out extracurricular science and technology academic activities, but also the basic platform for teachers to carry out teaching research.
