沥青及防水卷材实验室简介
沥青及防水卷材实验室建筑面积54m2，拥有6台SZR-5型数显沥青针入度测定仪、2台电脑沥青延度测定仪、1台DTS-Ⅲ型电动防水卷材不透水仪、1台DZY-120型弯折仪、1台HD-10型测厚仪、1台HH420电热恒温水浴、6台智能沥青软化点试验器等。
实验室可开设沥青延度、软化点、针入度等实验项目的测定，用于评定沥青的塑性、黏度、高温稳定性及感温性等性能。
实验室主要面向工程管理、工程造价、房地产经营管理及物业管理等专业的本科学生开放，是学生进行试验、教师进行科学研究的基础平台。
Asphalt and Waterproof Membrane Laboratory
The asphalt and waterproof membrane laboratory has a floor area of 54 square meters, which is equipped with 6 SZR-5 digital asphalt penetrometer, 2 computer asphalt extension tester, 1 DST-Ⅲelectric waterproof membrane impervious apparatus, 1 DZY-120 bending apparatus, 1 HD-10 thickness gauge, 1 HH420 electric thermostatic water bath, 6 smart asphalt softening point tester, etc.
The laboratory mainly offers experimental projects such as the testing of asphalt extension, softening point and penetration-index. These experiments are used to evaluate the plasticity, viscosity, high-temperature stability and thermal properties of asphalt.
The laboratory is mainly open to undergraduates majoring in engineering management, engineering cost, real estate management and property management. It is not only the basic platform for students to carry out extracurricular science and technology academic activities, but also the basic platform for teachers to carry out teaching research.
