力学实验室包括力学实验室（Ⅰ）和力学实验室（Ⅱ），共有建筑面积112平方米，能够同时满足50名学生分组试验。实验室拥有液压万能试验机6台，冲击试验机1台，扭转组合实验机1台，仪器设备性能先进，种类齐全。

实验室可进行各种常见建筑材料的拉伸、压缩及扭转等力学性能测试，主要满足工程管理、工程造价、房地产经营管理、物业管理等专业学生的工程力学试验课程学习要求，是学生进行课外科技学术活动、教师进行教学研究的基础性平台。

Engineering Mechanics Laboratory

The Engineering Mechanics Laboratory, including mechanics laboratory (Ⅰ) and mechanics laboratory (Ⅱ),has a total floor area of112 square meters,whichcanmeet grouping experiments of50 students at the same time. The laboratory has 6 hydraulic universal testing machines, 1 impact testing machine,and1 torsion combination experiment machine, where the equipment has advanced performance and complete variety.

The laboratory allows for the testing of mechanical properties such as stretching, compression and torsion of various common building materials, which mainly meets the requirements of engineering mechanics test courses forstudents inengineering management, engineering cost, real estate management and property management.It isnot onlythe basic platform for students to carry out extracurricular science and technology academic activities, but also the basicplatform for teachers to carry out teaching research.
