建筑设备实验室（Ⅰ）现有建筑面积54㎡，共有楼宇自动化实验装置系统3套。实验室主要仪器设备有：THPZKS-1型中央空调实验装置（1套）、THSAPL-1型自动喷水灭火系统考核培训装置（1套）、THLKRS-1型热水供暖循环系统综合实验装置（1套），以及水泵性能测试系统（1套）等。

本实验室能够使学生掌握中央空调系统的设备组成、分类、特点及其工作原理，灭火系统的组成及工作原理，热水供暖系统的典型结构、主要设备的工作原理，以及系统设备的启停顺序等。

Property Equipment Laboratory（Ⅰ）

The Property Equipment Laboratory (Ⅰ)has a floor area of 54 square meters, which has 3 building automation experiment systems. The laboratory is equipped with1 THPZKS-1 central air-conditioning experiment device,1 THSAPL-1 automatic sprinkler system assessment training device, 1THLKRS-1 comprehensive experimental apparatus for hot water heating circulatory system, 1 water pump performance testing system.

Thelaboratory can enable students to master the knowledge such as theequipment composition, classification, characteristics and working principle ofcentral air conditioning system; thecomposition and working principle of fire extinguishing system;the typical structureand theworking principle of the main equipment of hot water heating system;and the start-stop orderofsystem equipment, etc.
