建筑工程材料实验室现有建筑面积511.6m2，主要包括水泥性能实验室、水泥强度实验室、混凝土拌合物实验室、混凝土力性能实验室、材料基本性质实验室、沥青及防水卷材实验室和自动加湿加温混凝土养护室。
实验室拥有水泥净浆搅拌机、胶砂搅拌机和混凝土压力实验机等常规实验设备，混凝土冻融机、碳化箱、抗渗仪等耐久性设备及超声波、雷达等钢筋、混凝土无损检测设备。
实验室主要承担工程管理与房地产学院工程管理、工程造价、房地产经营与管理等专业本科生的《土木工程材料》课的实验教学及相应的科研任务。
Building Engineering Materials Laboratory
The building engineeringmaterials laboratory has a floor area of511.6 square meters, which is composed of a cementproperty laboratory, a cement strength laboratory, a concrete mixing laboratory, a concretemechanical properties laboratory, amaterials basicproperties laboratory, an asphalt and waterproofmembrane laboratory, and an automatic humidification reinforced concrete curing room.
The laboratoryis equipped with not only conventional laboratory equipment such ascement paste mixer, cement mortar mixer and concrete pressure tester, but alsodurability equipment such as concrete freeze-melting machine,carbonationbox andanti-permeability instrument, as well asnon-destructive testing equipment for concrete such asultrasonic andradar.
The laboratory mainly meets the experimental teaching requirements of civil engineering materials course for students majoring in engineering management, engineering cost, real estate management and property management. The laboratoryalso accepts corresponding scientific research task.
