建筑设备实验室（Ⅱ）现有建筑面积58m2，共有实验装置系统3套。实验室主要仪器设备有：THBAES-3型楼宇智能化工程系统（1套）、THBCET-3型群控透明电梯实验装置（1套）、THBCGZ-2型楼宇供配电及照明系统综合实验装置（1套）等。
本实验室能够使学生掌握智能楼宇的构造及其各子系统的工作原理，使学生直观、透彻地了解电梯的结构及其工作原理，熟悉建筑照明系统的结构以及智能灯光控制系统运行，掌握建筑设备自动化系统中供配电子系统和照明子系统的应用。
Property Equipment Laboratory（Ⅱ）
The Property Equipment Laboratory (Ⅱ) has a floor area of 58 square meters, which is equipped with 1 THBAES-3 building intelligent engineering system, 1 THBCET-3 group control transparent elevator experiment device, 1 THBCGZ-2 comprehensive laboratory equipment for power distribution and lighting systems in buildings.
The laboratory can enable students to master the knowledge such as the construction of smart buildings and the working principle of each subsystem; the elevator structure and its working principle; the structure of building lighting system and intelligent lighting control system; and the application of power distribution subsystem and lighting subsystem in construction equipment automation system, etc.
