房地产开发综合实训室
房地产开发综合实训室共有建筑面积108m2，配备了房地产开发沙盘模拟和3D计算机软件模拟两套实训教学系统，并配有8个沙盘模拟平台和64个活动座位，可同时满足一个大型教学班的实训课程教学活动。
实训室采用小组成员分角色扮演进行企业开发经营活动的对抗竞争模拟，也可单人进行开发各流程的3D情景演示实训，形象生动地展示了建筑施工、土地招投标、项目投资分析、房地产营销、物业管理等过程。

The real estate development integrated training room has a floor area of 108 square meters, which is equipped with a real estate development sand table simulation system and a 3D computer software simulation system for training teaching. The training room also has 8 sand table simulation platforms and 64 active seats, which can meet the teaching activities of a large teaching class.
With the training room, team members role-playing are allowed to simulate enterprise development and operation activities contest competition. Individual development of 3D scene demonstration are also permitted to vividly show the process of Construction, land bidding, project investment analysis, real estate marketing, property management, etc.
